I cannot disagree with the thought behind this new report that perhaps the Digital Britain report was not aggressive enough but why do we need another parliamentary group to re-analyse the issues? Perhaps this is indicative of why we need to seize control of our own broadband destiny because if we leave it to the politicians they will procrastinate and produce reams of meaningless reports that may, or may not hit upon the answer but it will be lost to the rest of us as we will have given up on them a long time ago.
It’s time to stop writing and start doing!

There are already many blogs written on the subject of FTTx or broadband projects in the UK. It is not my intention to overlap with them but to provide you with some background, some pertinent news and, of course, my opinion on those issues. If you would like to hear more or have other subject material you would like me to cover then let me know - if I don’t hear from you I’ll just assume everything is to your liking!
